This is how each Hairline Illusions custom-made hair system is built, in keeping with the house's profession, which began making wigs for customers in 2004.
What is pre-ordering?
Pre-Ordering is when you reserve a slot in 2023 or 2024 to order your custom or readymade hair system. Your $150 is not deducted from the cost of your hair system.
Our sold-out collections and custom slots are now available for you to reserve. Rare hair is limited, so we'll keep pre-order open until we run out.

BASE TYPES & ESTIMATED FEES
Hairline Illusions™, LLC is a manufacturer of high-quality wigs and hair systems. We specialize in advanced realistic bases and 100 % real human hair focusing on medical wigs, (Cranial Prosthesis) for those suffering from Alopecia and undergoing Chemotherapy and other hair-loss-related ailments. We provide education to our customers to make informed decisions on wig purchases. We also cater to the media industry supplying wigs for movie sets and television as well as the general public. Our School division focuses on the education of full wig creations from scratch including wig base making, hair processing, coloring, ventilating, etc.
The following are estimated costs for hair systems.
MESH SMALL BANGS: (MSB) The cap is made of mesh with full Hand-tied virgin human hair. Fees start at $330 for brunettes and $390+ for blondes.
HD MEDICAL BANGS: (HDMB) The cap is made of medical grade polymer with full implanted virgin human hair. Fees start at $630 for brunettes and $690+ for blondes.
SILK SYNTHETIC FIBER HAIR SYSTEMS: (SSH) Synthetic hair systems start at $900 for small toppers and $3,300+ for full systems.
HAIR INTEGRATION/ HAIR VOLUMIZER: (HIHV) Your hair is incorporated with a hairpiece by pulling through holes. Clips or thread anchoring are required for partial units. Fees start at $1,800 for small toppers and $6,900+ for full systems.
HD HAIR REPLACEMENT:(HDH) The wig cap is made with hypoallergenic imiskin and mesh. Hand-tied Front/Crown with Thin Machine Wefts in back or Fully Handtied. Fees start at $1,800 for Toppers and $3,900+ for full systems.
HD CUSTOM ADVANCED SYSTEM:(HDCAS) Wig Base s made with High Def light and thin blended panels to suit your needs including mesh and imiskin and/or silicone. Fees start at $3,300 for Toppers and $6,900+ for full systems.
CRANIAL PROSTHESIS REGULAR: (CPR) The wig cap is slightly thicker than light Cranial Prosthesis. Cap is made with imiskin and mesh. Hand-tied Front/Crown with Thin Machine Wefts in back. Fees start at $3,300 for Toppers and $6,900+ for full systems.
CRANIAL PROSTHESIS LIGHT: (CPL) The wig cap is lighter and thinner than a regular Cranial Prosthesis. Cap is made with imiskin and mesh. Hand-tied Front/Crown with Hand-Tied Wefts in back. Fees start at $4,500 for Toppers and $7,200+ for full systems.
ADVANCED HD PROSTHESIS:(AHDP) Softer, thinner, stretchable, and more undetectable thanCPRand CPL. Expands with hair growth. Fees start at $6,900 for Toppers and $9,600+ for full systems.
VACUUM SEAL WIG: (VSW) Cranial Hair Prosthesis “Medical Wigs” for Alopecia - total hair loss. Ultimate Invisible System. Visually, it's the finest. Lightweight Silicone and Hard Fiberglass Available. Fees start at $6,900 for Toppers and $9,600+ for full systems.
HD VACUUM SEAL WIG: (HDVSW) Invisible System. Very thin, soft & light great for hair loss. Softer, stretchable, and more undetectable than Thin Skin. Undetectable, all skin base. Thinner, more breathable, and undetectable than thin skin. Can be worn with total hair loss or a head full of hair without adhesive. Call for pricing.
HD 3D PROSTHESIS:(3DHD )Invisible System. Very thin and light great for hair loss. Undetectable, all skin base. Thinner, more breathable, and undetectable than thin skin. Can be worn with total hair loss or a head full of hair without adhesive. Call for pricing.
Wig life 3 to 15 years along with 3 Months to 1 Year Warranty depending on the base type.
